Il Brigante Restaurant

It was my first time ordering from them and the food was even better than I expected. Full of flavor, hot and fresh. I'll definitely be ordering again in the future.

The food was excellent and arrived hot. They even provided bread and olive oil for the full experience. I will definitely order from Il Brigante again!

Hands down the BEST Italian I have ever had in my life - and that's no small thing, I've eaten at great restaurants but Brigante is the best even on delivery. They seriously will package your food as if you were sitting down at their restaurant instead of the usual second-class shrift doled out by restaurants to delivery orders. I was so pleasantly surprised to receive my delicious Fusilli Silani perfectly stored in a container to keep it piping hot along with a bag of fresh bread and containers of olive oil & balsamic vinigarette. Every bite was to die for and the higher-than-usual-price for pasta/delivery was well worth it. To be completely fair, I also ordered the cannolis and they honestly were not great. BUT everything else in the meal was so superb I still give the Brigantes a sound 5 stars!! Edit: I ordered the Rigatoni alla Norma last night and in my humble opinion, it was lackluster especially for ~$20. A lot of pasta without hardly any sauce, ricotta cheese...I could have boiled the pasta myself.

I love this place. I get the lamb most of the time (Agnello Scottadito) and my daughter gets the butter and sage ravioli. Once we discovered Brigante, we eat here or have it delivered at least once a week. Don't listen about pickup. Our area was destroyed by Sandy, but everything is up and running now with this place. The delivery service is excellent and fast. The food is always hot and amazing. Other great items here are the Bruschetta, that I even eat for breakfast the next day. Delivery portion is huge. The Cavolfiore and broccoli di Rape are perfection. Eating in the restaurant is extremely enjoyable too. The staff is very helpful, kind and the obviously the food is still amazing. GREAT Italian food. The pizzas are good, but where the chef shines is with the specials, I think. I rarely rate a place, but we really wanted people to know how much as a family we love it here. Excellent, amazing, could never go wrong and always satisfied. Thank you Brigante. Now, time to order again...

The best cured meats in an appetizer. The best seafood dish in any menu. The BEST eggplant dishes in the world. The BEST cheesecake in the world. The BEST chocolate desserts in the world. God, I could go on and on - from flavour to flavour - after so many deliveries I have ordered here, this place is the only one on Seamless that never fails. Mmmthat homemade, high quality "essential" to freshness, that you know there is someone who really loves from the heart, right there in Brigante's kitchen. Damn - they are so good. Prize-winning, and will watch for them in the news.

Amaaaazingggg!!!!! I have had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant twice and the food and service were amazing both times. This was my first delivery experience with them and it was much better than I could have imagined. The food was hot & tasted great. They even sent warm bread and a little container of olive oil & balsamic for the bread! I move around a lot and won't necessary stay downtown, but this place will definitely give me a reason to come back often!

Food is superb here. Pasta perfectly cooked. Had the Chicken and Sausage dish which is excellent also. Quality is excellent and you get what you pay for. Only issue i have is it would be great for delivery guy to have ID on him as my building has a policy not to let anyone in without it so i have to go down to the lobby to pick it up. The restaurant was badly affected by Sandy and out of action for over a month so give them some business!
